Michael Graf, Chair

Michael Graf brings the world of ICT, finance and investment, and philanthropy together. His career includes 24 years of senior executive experience with IBM and he is an advisor and board director for a number of start-up enterprises and not-for-profits. Michael is on the Board of the Technion Society of Australia, the Sir Moses Montefiore Jewish Home, Point Duty Local Government Solutions and mPort, and is a Good2Give Board Director.

Anna Draffin, Non-Executive Director

Anna joined the board of ShareGift Australia as Non Executive Director in April 2015, and was appointed Executive Director in June 2016.

Anna is a strategically focused, senior executive with over 15 years' experience in business strategy, management and positive change leadership within multi-stakeholder organisations, across the corporate, government, philanthropic and non-profit sectors. She has coached and worked with dozens of boards and senior management to build and translate innovation and vision into sustainable commercial models.

Anna is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Non Executive Director of YWCA's Victorian Housing Board. She holds a double degree in Commerce and Arts (University of Melbourne) and is a scholarship graduate of the General Manager Program (Australian Graduate School of Management, UNSW).

Anthony Sciuto, Non-Executive Director & Assistant Company Secretary

LB / BA (Hons), Monash University

Anthony is a solution focused corporate lawyer with wide-ranging expertise in global mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law.

Anthony is currently in-house counsel at BHP and provides legal support to the M&A, treasury and other head office functions. Previously, Anthony was a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons where he advised on M&A, equity capital markets, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Stephen Dear, Non-Executive Director

Stephen Dear has worked in the financial services industry for more than 40 years, and has a depth of knowledge in corporate actions and how financial markets work beneath the surface. His current role at Link Market Services is divided between preparations for ASX’s retirement of CHESS and client corporate action projects.

Previously Stephen was at Netwealth responsible for the operational delivery of the managed account product. Previously a technical advisor with both Computershare (2007-14) and Link Market Services (2001-07), to many of the registry clients’ inventive Corporate Actions projects, specialising in complex ECM and M&A projects. Other prior roles include: Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as an industry facing analyst on the CHESS project (1992-96), ANZ Securities (1998) and JBWere (1998-2001); KPMG Registrars (1996-98) on Colonial Mutual Life's demutualisation project.

Stephen joined the ShareGift Australia board as a Non-Executive Director in April 2016.

Barbara Hurley, Non-Executive Director

Barbara joined the board of ShareGift Australia as Non-Executive Director in August 2015.

Barbara was formerly a partner of JBWere and most recently Executive Officer of the Goldman Sachs Australia Foundation. She was responsible for a range of employee community engagement programs at Goldman Sachs Australia and JBWere for over twenty years.

Barbara has Bachelor of Arts degree from Monash University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course.

Lisa Grinham, Non-Executive Director

Lisa is regarded as one of the most respected experts in corporate community investment in Australia. She was appointed as CEO of Good2Give in 2012 and has transformed the organisation to be a digital innovator and integrated service provider for many of Australia and New Zealand’s largest companies delivering $20 million annually to charities. Prior to taking the helm at Good2Give, Lisa worked in leadership roles with 3M, Optus and Aussie Home Loans as well as running her own strategic consulting business.

Lisa is currently on the Board of the International Women’s Forum (IWF) Australia and was the Chair and/or a Director of Daystar Foundation from 2006-19.

Cynthia Nadai, Non-Executive Director

Cynthia has an extensive background in management consultancy in the USA. In Australia, she has dedicated her skills to the not-for-profit sector at The Ethics Centre as Director of Operations and as a Consultant, as a participant in Restorative Forums (NSW Attorney General and Justice), and as a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia’s Ethics Committee. Cynthia is also Chair of the Good2Give Board.

Sue Murray, Non-Executive Director

Sue has more than 25 years of experience in the community sector with roles in education, media, communications, fundraising and organisational development. She led the National Breast Cancer Foundation for 10 years and raised more than $100 million for breast cancer research. She then created the George Foundation for Global Health after which she went on to lead Suicide Prevention Australia. During her time at SPA she advocated for, and secured, Australia’s first dedicated fund for suicide prevention research. She is the former Chair of Macquarie Community College, a graduate of the AICD and a member of both the Advisory Council for the Centre for Social Impact and Chief Executive Women. Sue is also a Good2Give Board Director.

Hayden Waddell, Non-Executive Director

Hayden is the Commercial Director at VivCourt Trading. VivCourt is a proprietary market making and systematic trading firm, running multi-asset trading strategies across global financial markets. Prior to VivCourt, Hayden worked in banking covering Prime Brokerage and Risk Management in both Sydney and London. Hayden studied Economics and Finance at Sydney University and recently completed PLD at Harvard Business School, an accelerated alternative to an executive MBA.
